I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
All sales are final, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
If you have a problem with your item, contact me at TheIceQueen@TheDesignsByIce.com before leaving feedback and I’ll work with you to fix it. I will exchange if necessary but do not offer refunds and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at TheIceQueen@TheDesignsByIce.com.
All Items are sent via insured priority mail. If an item is lost in the mail, contact us at TheIceQueen@TheDesignsByIce.com, and we’ll work with USPS to recover, or refund the item.
